Refund Policy

Returns

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@br-w.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or visibly worn equipment

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Consumables (e.g., welding wire, tips, nozzles) if opened or used

Warranty Claims

All welding machines and helmets are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
